fs-desktop03 needs upgrading to Fedora 30, as do the servers.
We should do this soon to keep on top of security updates. To update the servers though we should post an announcement in #announcements in the Discord a few days before we plan to perform the maintenance however, to avoid causing disruption. It might also be worth waiting a little bit after the initial semester rush to upgrade the servers, as they are quite critical to our operations.
